From the first visit when we decided to test the market we found the team professional and helpful, the online content and video walk round were excellent by and after the first open day our property was sold. Liam and then Nichole were always there to answer our queries and then guide us through the process, communications are always responded to by various staff even if the others were out of the office, I had a few long chats with Liam during the sale and found the whole process stress free, things happen in a long chain and I always felt that this was being dealt with by our sales team and solicitors, we are grateful to Cubit and West for dealing with our sale and recommend them if you are thinking of starting your own sale/buy.

Through no fault of theirs this was a long drawn out sale. **TERRIBLE AGENTS!
Extremely unprofessional In all sense of the word, this is the kind of nightmare agent that give the rest a bad name.
After going with another agent (Mansell Mctagget) we were met with hostility and rudeness from ***. If you decline their services instruction, solicitors mortgage etc) they will obstruct you from buying through them.
They are borderline criminals here, **** are a absolute disgrace and awful human beings. We made a formal complaint to Arun estates and they did nothing.
The fish rots from the head and there is something seriously wrong at Arun Estates, avoid these guys like the plague!
Horrendous agents!

Called to view property on Monday, were told they will get back to confirm viewing arrangements. Ok so we waited. Called them back next day Tuesday, then Wednesday and then Thursday, only to be told the seller is no longer selling the property and the property has been off the market a month ago. Oh and I also got asked where did i see the property details? I said property was listed on Zoopla and Rightmove. I thought maybe they dont keep track of their available properties or website errors.
No harm done, was sent some more properties by email which ironically included the property which they said was off the market. Anyways, the same Thursday night we used the arrange viewing option on their website to request viewings for 2 properties in Crawley for Saturday. Next day Friday we followed up again, were told someone will get back to you. Ok, so we waited. Next Saturday morning we call them again, agent Dionne confirmed our name, address and the 2 properties we had requested to view. Now here we thought, she has all our details so why didn't they call us back? We get told, we must have spoken to the call center on Friday ? and no they didn't receive any viewing request from the website. Which led us to think, that the website doesn't work or no one proactively manages it. She then informs us that one of the properties is not available to buy because the seller has put the property on hold as the sellers dad is poorly which she later changes to the seller is not selling anymore. This we understand so let it go.
We ask to arrange a viewing for the other property, to which she says, I can do the viewing for 11:15. We ask for a later viewing in the day, we get 11:30. Mind you,its 9:47, they know we live an hour or so away and with the Saturday traffic in our area, getting there by 11.30am would be difficult. At this point, we think, they've had all our details and could have pre-arranged the viewing on Friday instead of giving us one on very short notice on Saturday morning without any flexibility and that too only because we called them again.
Here we realised we are not dealing with genuine driven estate agents. They've had the opportunity to call us to arrange viewings but didn't make the effort. We understand they may have a huge clientale. But surely in 5 days, they should have the staffing capacity to at least make one call back to an interested client. We felt they lacked organisation and effective communication and the agents were not aware of their own property portfolio.
Big name but sadly agents don't seem motivated whatsoever.
Flabbergasted by our experience and decided to give Cubitt & West, Crawley a wide berth.

One thing that really impressed me was the tenacity of Nichole at the branch( she rang me at 7-30 on a Friday night from the office to negotiate after a number of email exchanges)
After that feedback from viewings was timely
honest and very helpful.
Liam and Godfrey were also very helpful during the search to find a buyer in at times what has been a increasingly more difficult market place.Once a buyer was found Carol acted very effectively between the buyer's and our solicitor always keeping me in the picture as things progressed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agent and although initially I had some concerns about the cost it would not put me off in the future as the old adage says 'nothing is cheap in life and the cheapest is never the best'
Well Done Crawley branch Excellent.

The sad thing about all of this is we even said to the agents on numerous occassions we'd be happy to come up to £300,000.

I would not trust these cowboys as far as I can throw them, and will be contacting the house owners directly now on every property we visit that we wish to put an offer in on that is being advertised by them.
They constantly waste your time and make a stressful process even more so by lying.

We would like to thank Nicole at the Crawley Branch of cubitt and west for helping us move from 19 Honeysuckle Lane in crawley. I found it very stressful and i can only say that it was Nicole's help which kept me sane and in the loop at all times.
