This agent is now called Caledonia Bureau. We received all the usual promises and guarantees of tenant vetting and management when we engaged the services of this agent to manage our letting. What agent could do to change your mind?
Had a professional attitude and managed the property with their customers interest their prime focus rather than trying to please an unreasonable tenant.
