The administration of this company is a shambles, I have had no information on inspections to my property.
Their staff are curt and treat the management of your property as a joke.
Buyer beware of this company

What agent could do to change your mind?
Had a professional attitude and managed the property with their customers interest their prime focus rather than trying to please an unreasonable tenant.

This agent is now called Caledonia Bureau. We received all the usual promises and guarantees of tenant vetting and management when we engaged the services of this agent to manage our letting. I could overlook the fact that it took them over 6 months to find a tenant, and even then, one which offered only 85% of the monthly rate. But the real problems started when we had several issues with a new (within 2 years) boiler. We had the plumber out on several occasions within hours of the issues. The tenant complained and withheld a portion of the rent. What did the agent do I hear you ask? Nothing. We then discovered, through an old neighbor that the tenant had 3 dogs, and No, the agent did not know or inform us of this. Following various threats from the tenant relating to the (fixed) boiler. We decided to give them 2 months notice. When it came to the leaving, the agent checked the property and returned their deposit. Shortly after we personally checked the property and were shocked to find very badly painted walls, holes from who knows what in various walls, and an overwhelming smell of dog on all carpets. We raised these concerns with the agent who informed us in no uncertain terms that it was nothing to do with them. We have put the property on the for sale market and have been advised by our estate agent to replace the carpets, which as you can imagine will run into thousands. Don't say I didn't warn you.
