Every experience we have had with this agency is negative. Every experience we have had with this agency is negative. We were a tenant in a property for nearly a year without a fully executed lease because they made so many mistakes we never signed and they failed to follow up. They would turn up to the property on a different day to what they said. They took forever to respond to another reference check when we were moving out. They stuffed up our deposit refund... every time I would request a call back I would never get one.. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this agent.
