IMy property was on the market for 2 weeks not even a call or any interest I was told it was for them to deal with the selling and my part in it was to pay the bill, everytime I made a call I was spoken to by some rude member of staff, I asked to remove the property from sale but again refused to... IMy property was on the market for 2 weeks not even a call or any interest I was told it was for them to deal with the selling and my part in it was to pay the bill, everytime I made a call I was spoken to by some rude member of staff, I asked to remove the property from sale but again refused to listen so in the end I had to inform the ombudsman and at this point it was removed
