Selling a house from a distance during the pandemic was a surprisingly easy and positive experience with the able help of Karen Dowdell and Val. They were easy to contact and talk through the various procedures always helpful and efficient. Despite living out of area I was kept well informed of the viewings and the sales process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. A speedy sale was made and we were delighted with the outcome. Selling a family home could be an emotional experience but in the hands of Bridgfords, this was made easier. I was pleased to have taken the recommendation of a friend and would be happy to recommend them to others.

The key to the sale was constant communication by all parties involved and Bridgfords are very adept at this. I could have not been more delighted with their performace and am truly grateful for bringing this sale to completion.

I can't praise Val and Karen, (Bridgfords Ponteland branch), highly enough.
They were actually working on behalf of the vendor of the property that I was buying and not me, my estate agents were useless and I pretty much relied on Val and Karen.
There were a couple of occasions when the sale was near to collapsing and they made enormous efforts to get it back on track.....equally as important they kept me fully informed all the way.
My estate agent basically found me a buyer then left me to get on with it, I don't know what would have happened if Val & Karen hadn't been so kind to give me the benefit of their knowledge and experience. House buying can be a really stressful experience...believe me! Finding the right estate agents is imperative! I'm pleased to say that I am now happily settled in my new home and I won't be in a hurry to move again but if I ever did I would 100% choose Bridgfords. Thank you Val and Karen for an 'Outstanding service'.

Slightly higher than some local agents who claim to sell your house for 1% or lower. However for an extra 0.2% you get 5* service. In our case we felt like we had underpaid Bridgfords for their service because they sold our house 3x and the fee remained fixed. Worth every extra penny for their experience, knowledge and professionalism.

We sold and purchased through Bridgfords in March 2018. The standard of service we received was exceptional.
Our path from sale to purchase was a tricky one. The sale of our house fell through (for reasons outside of the agents control) twice and it was only on the third attempt that our sale was succesful. Val and her team worked tirelessly to sell our house not once, not twice, but three times. On all three occasions the house was sold within 2 weeks of going back on the market.
Val and Karen ensured a continuous stream of viewings and kept communication channels open between solicitors, vendors and purchasers when the house chain started to slow and quieten.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Bridgfords - Ponteland to sell your home. I could not fault Val and Karen's professionalism, knowledge or experience of the market. They look after their clients and work non-stop to make your house sale/purchase a reality. The marketing photos were excellent and the valuation was spot on, with our house selling for the valuation price. What more can you ask of your agent?
