I was a buyer, Jane Catterall was exceptional. From day one she kept me informed of progress. Nothing was to much trouble.more helpful than the solicitor. I was a buyer, Jane Catterall was exceptional. From day one she kept me informed of progress. Nothing was to much trouble.more helpful than the solicitor. Jane printed documents for me, brought them round to my home for me to sign, as I have no printer. She took away the stress, when it came to transfer the money she very kindly went out of her way to take me to the bank as I don't drive. Always rang back straight away, she is outstanding, when I have rung the office all the staff have been very courteous. If you want a stress free agency then BRIDGFORDS are the agency to use, they go above and beyond to help you, I have never come across this in an estate agency before, can't recommend them enough, ten out of ten, well done.

We have had more customer service in 1 week than 3months with another local estate agents. Best of all we have a viewing in that week. We have just gone through the most stressfull experiences in life of buying and selling properties. I have to say that Jane Catterall and her team at the Bamber Bridge branch go that extra mile with regards to their collective experience. Each member of staff have a role to play with each process along the way. Our first buyers pulled out quite late in the day, but Jane was experienced enough to pick us up and say come on we can do this again, and we did to a successful outcome. Thankyou to Jane, Lisa and Simon.
