AVOID AVOID They are only interested in taking your money and taking sides with their greedy landlords who happily will try and skin you for hundreds of pounds after making you live in squalid, mouldy conditions for 12 months paying 1400 a month in rent. AVOID AVOID
They are only interested in taking your money and taking sides with their greedy landlords who happily will try and skin you for hundreds of pounds after making you live in squalid, mouldy conditions for 12 months paying 1400 a month in rent. Disgusting company. Spend your money with a local company who actually cares about people and not just their profits.

Absolutely terrible experience, bridgfords had a clear lack of communication and were full of empty promises. We were told we would be called weekly to receive an update- we were never once called and were constantly having to chase them. Our purchase dragged on for months, largely due to them... Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Bridgfords were difficult to get in touch with, never on time for any viewings and were full of empty promises. Our purchase dragged on and on for months- largely due to them failing to request vital information. Never once did they contact us, we were constantly chasing them. They made an already stressful process 100 times worse. Do not use!!!!

The worst estate agents I have come across and I have used many. Every part of the service was chaotic. No-one turned up for the viewing. The worst estate agents I have come across and I have used many. Every part of the service was chaotic. No-one turned up for the viewing. They gave the wrong solicitor details to the purchaser - asked 3 times to correct - didn't bother so I did it myself. The manager Alistair is always on the other line and never returns calls. Asked them to update right move to SSTC - didn't bother. The majority of contact they have promised to correct their mistakes but never do and then the manager sends me a mail in a very poor tine.

I would recommend Bridgfords Altrincham to anyone looking to buy a new house. Tom was particularly pro-active in finding a house that matched my requirements and the advice and assistance I received was very helpful. I would look to use Bridgfords again in the future as a buyer or seller.

I would use Bridgfords again purely through dealing with her. A real credit to herself and the company!
Only slight criticism was that the valuation on the property was inflated, and perhaps, skewed our expectations.

Firstly the property was valued at more than we expected and they went ahead and sold it at full asking price! Our buyer was actually found from out of the area from Bridgfords proactive approach.
I have also been kept updated through out the whole selling process. I would strongly recommend the Bridgfords Altrincham office if anybody else has a property to sell and I would certainly use again.
