This has got to be worst estate agent in the UK. The manager of the branch is obnoxious, ignorant and rude.
Every encounter with this branch manager has been a nightmare. She is one person who has no clue what customer service means.
On one hand she sends a whole document with personal information and details to me via email and then on another she refuses to discuss my case citing confidentiality on the same email she sent previous personal information to.
You are commanded to contact the office phone which is never answered ever. I have had a query unresolved since 2022 and she doesn’t give a rats behind how this issue has affected us a family.

He told us everything about getting the maximum we can afford from our salaries, making sure we had the best mortgage provider/rate and also ensuring that if anything bad was to happen, the house and our earnings would be covered and the house would be paid for! Lee I cannot thank you enough for enabling me and my wife go from renting to homeowners with peace of mind. Especially during a time of mortgage uncertainty (late 2022). Fantastic work! I highly recommend Lee to anyone who is either new to buying/selling or is seeking advice on what to do! THANK YOU! You have made our journey effortless.

On the 9/3/2022 a property came on to the market with this company, I called and there was no answer on numerous occasions. I left numerous voice mails and sent emails, no one contacted me at all until today 30/3/2022 weeks after me leaving them a very annoyed message.
When I asked if it’s sold she said yes last week, I said so I could’ve viewed that property and put an offer in but thanks to you not returning any of my correspondence I’ve now missed out on a house I wanted in the right area I needed.
The lady said why didn’t you ring the number from Google and I said I have as well as the number being connected from right-move and email from right move, absolutely oblivious and couldn’t care less about the fact they’ve not once tried to contact me in 3 weeks.
NOTE TO SELLERS PLEASE BE AWARE THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONES OR EMAILS ENOUGH

Lee Johnson sorted my mortgage and insurance in a professional and extremely helpful way.
We were first time buyers, and he explained the whole process to us and ensured we knew what was going on every step of the way.
I had been told by a number of advisors that I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage, but Lee helped me work around issues by going out of his way to identify lenders we could use.
Everything he did was in my interest and not his; including sorting a new product with lower interest despite having one with a higher rate practically sorted.
We were pushed to a very tight completion deadline and Lee stopped at nothing to ensure everything ran smoothly and to a last minute deadline.
Over a month after everything had been sorted by him, I came to him with a query about my insurance and he was happy to take time out of his busy schedule to talk to me.
I am planning to use his services in the future to sort remortgaging. I'm extremely grateful for everything he did for us, and I believe the sale would not have been possible without him.
