We had a letter through the door in Eastleigh saying we have buyers looking to buy in your are, called them and after a couple of viewings it was sold. Didnt have to advertise or anything. We had a letter through the door in Eastleigh saying we have buyers looking to buy in your are, called them and after a couple of viewings it was sold. Didnt have to advertise or anything. Signed the contract with Liam estate manager and also used their solicitors, It wasn't a hassle at all recommend them fully. Liam is a down to earth friendly and very professional and very knowledgeable.

I will always be grateful to Sean, Lucy and the Beals team for helping me to sell my flat. My first estate agent hadn't mentioned the short lease as an issue and after one week has run out of viewers. I went to see Beals to see if they could promote my property to investors and within an hour I was talking to Sean. He bluntly but accurately told me that without a lease extension all my hard work to get the flat ready for sale made no odds - it would be hard to sell. He also said he would take it on and help me and he has been completely true to his word. He put me in touch with a solicitor who dealt with the lease extension. With this underway Lucy galvanised and started sending me viewings. I was still under contract to my original agent as well. Lucy secured twice as many viewings as my original agent and within 2months of marketing the property had sold it for me at full asking price. The support I've had has been fantastic. They have always kept me informed and kept in touch. Most importantly to me they have been honest, transparent and proactive from beginning to end. Sean and Lucy, and indeed the rest of the team have been utterly brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently left a property that was linked with Beals in Eastleigh. From the start I had issues with getting the paperwork or inventory agreed upon and it was given to me a month late. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent needs to drastically improve their communication skills across the Eastleigh branch. They need to have clear policies laid out for leaving a property. No action with deposits should be taken unless all parties on the contract have agreed to it. Need to make customers aware if there is a delay in the processing of paperwork and why. Needs to improve on communication skills when talking to customers and nothe have a nonplussed attitude.
Comments on Agent Fees
The house is far too expensive. It was a new build that was poorly maintained. No plumbing for a dishwasher. You were not able to have a shower in the master bathroom as the walls would have be ruined as the waterproofing ie. tiling was virtually non existent. The overall space was minimal and deceptively large when the property was empty. There was noise every night through the thin walls from the neighbours. I would say the property is only worth £750 a month.

Upon leaving I was not given 24 hours notice prior to people viewing the property and had to call myself to ask why this was not the case. Finally when I left the deposit was supposed to be returned to 3 separate people equally. Not only was it 2 weeks later than the 10 working day policy, it all went into one tenants account which was no the agreement. When I phoned to complain I was met with a very dry and unapologetic tone and no sense of holding accountability for the companies poor communication between its branch and head office. Never again will I rent a property with this company.
