Anyone thinking of buying an apartment in the old Lloyds Bank at Wirksworth? Be very very careful when placing a "reservation deposit" via Bagshaws Residential to the property developer SRC Property, especially if you're trying to obtain a mortgage to purchase.... recent valuation survey by L&G has deemed the property is not suitable security due to its proximity to the high street and other commercial/mixed use properties. They don’t feel the development is suitable security for mortgage purposes and have advised the lender not to lend against it. Further to this the developer is not so keen to give the full reservation fee back either.............Not very good business at all #bagshawsresidential #bagshaws #srcproperty

after making an appointment for a valuation, i received a confirmation email from Charlotte King confirming my appointment with Kate Hill from ashbourne office on 21st may at 12.30. i arranged a couple of hours off work to keep the appointment when it finally got to 1pm and still not arrived, i called the ashbourne office to inform i was still waiting. my call was immediately transferred without an explanation, to a mobile number [ i am presuming it was Kate Hill] the phone rang out with no answer. i waited a further 40 minutes, expecting either the office or the owner of the mobile to call me back. after another 15 minutes i left to go back to work. i am still waiting to hear from them and it is now 4pm
