This estate agent is the worst of the worst. I purchased through them & all they were interested in was making sure I got the mortgage through their broker. They lied about my offer, said the owner wanted £5K more, but when I spoke to them they told me they never said that. The broker put my bank details on home insurance that I never agreed to. I only found out when I checked my direct debits, luckily in time to cancel it. The house took 6 months to go through, when I got fed up with waiting & offered to go elsewhere they didn't care. Actually told the seller not to worry as they could put it back on the market for more. They did not progress the sale, only managed to exchange after I did all the chasing. Would never recommend these crooks.

I was selling my property through these nearly lost the buyer due to their lack of communication, 2 months later my solicitor and Andy from the Gravesend branch after selling the property give the keys to the buyer without the money being deposited to my bank account, which I was not happy about, when I disputed them giving the keys and no money being in my account, words were said and Andy started getting abusive using swear words, this is very unprofessional and I do not expect this service when selling my property. I will now never use this agent again. I feel they got the deal and then couldn't care less. If one of his employees said that to a customer would they still have a job today.
All it would of taken was a simple apology

Where to start..
The most dishonest and unprofessional estate agent.
Callum would not book a viewing with me as the place was apparently sold. Then I found out from the seller that the property was not sold and that the seller did not receive any offers either.
It was lots of hustle with them..
The manager Reece Cox when I tried to contact him, he was not responding to my calls or messages.
They killed it when they told us to collect the key from a seller not from their office.
I deal with developers and estate agents on the daily bases, but this was an EXPERIENCE.

Terrible experience, they let out a property that had human faeces down the toilet bin outside that was full to the brim of dogs poo from previous tenant. There was underwear left from the previous tenant. There is a mouse/rat in the property that poos and Wees everywhere, so much so that my children I've got ill. In my money. Terrible, terrible terrible service replied some of my questions over email. Absolutely worst company I've ever been with

Best Estate agent in area!
This is the third time we have used Michael Robinson and Jackson and each time they have been excellent. Sold our house(s) each time within two weeks, to buyers who were genuine.
The sales progressor kept us informed throughout the sale(s) and pushed the buyers solicitor when required.
Kept us informed by email and telephone.
They are slightly more expensive than some but it’s a price worth paying in our opinion.
Great service, great marketing and great staff (during this very difficult time).

This company is just rubbish. LANDLORDS - DO NOT USE ROBINSON MICHAEL AND JACKSON
Robinson Michael and Jackson were the letting agents for my property. Their service is terrible. Despite paying for a fully managed service they pushed everything except rent collection back to me. Their observation and record keeping skills are poor: not noticing illegal sub-letting to at least 6 additional people, even when there were beds in the lounge and dining room; not noticing or recording damage to the property, lack of cleaning or removal of items during visits or check out. This has left me seriously out of pocket, frustrated at their sheer lack of customer service and now with another agent. They even misrepresented where the property would be managed from (Strood instead of Sittingbourne).

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
