Just want to thank thre team in strood who have been amazing with my house sale as its been a difficult time for me.Also want to say a massive thankyou to Tammy who has worked her socks off with my house sale at pankhurst road hoo.She has gone beyond her job .Tammy comes across a very helpful, kind , friendly and hard working lady.Thankyou so much words are not enough.

Where to start..
The most dishonest and unprofessional estate agent.
Callum would not book a viewing with me as the place was apparently sold. Then I found out from the seller that the property was not sold and that the seller did not receive any offers either.
It was lots of hustle with them..
The manager Reece Cox when I tried to contact him, he was not responding to my calls or messages.
They killed it when they told us to collect the key from a seller not from their office.
I deal with developers and estate agents on the daily bases, but this was an EXPERIENCE.

This company is just rubbish. LANDLORDS - DO NOT USE ROBINSON MICHAEL AND JACKSON
Robinson Michael and Jackson were the letting agents for my property. Their service is terrible. Despite paying for a fully managed service they pushed everything except rent collection back to me. Their observation and record keeping skills are poor: not noticing illegal sub-letting to at least 6 additional people, even when there were beds in the lounge and dining room; not noticing or recording damage to the property, lack of cleaning or removal of items during visits or check out. This has left me seriously out of pocket, frustrated at their sheer lack of customer service and now with another agent. They even misrepresented where the property would be managed from (Strood instead of Sittingbourne).

Hopes raised then disappointment on potential tenants my mistake to leave it with them until August 2017
But always told there were potential tenants nothing achieved.Waste of my time. Informed lettings manager Nadeen told would work with James.
But there was a failure to follow through intermittent calls I would always be calling up for progress.
I formally closed the instruction no regret from lettings manager as a former customer.
Keys to property not delivered to sales team again phoning to find out where my keys were to hand over to another agent.
Informed by lettings manager that lettings consultant had domestic unable to hand over keys and they would be delivered the following day.

Was passed to their Female manager who was rude, after cancelling a valuation appointment booked for over a week, cancelling literally 5 minutes before due to my house, female manager was impatient & rude in tone, huffing down the phone.
I asked them still to come out & said I felt it was unacceptable/unfair to cancel 5 minutes before, was rude in tone & impatient over the phone. Whilst asking her couple of questions very politely....
She Hung up the phone whilst mid way asking her 2 questions as didn't want to speak to me so thought she'd cut me off!
Gave benefit of the doubt to see if she would call back & apologies; maybe accidental; didn't try to call me back at all....
first time in a long time experienced such rudeness & unprofessionalism or customer service from a professional establishment, found another estate agents really helpful & happy to help, what a difference! , won't be using them not recommending Robinson, maybe some customer service training would be beneficial...

I would have given 0 stars if this website would have let me . We are currently renting a property through this agency (if you can call them that). We have been in rental properties for the past few years and have dealt with all sorts of agents but nothing comes close to the rudeness the lies and the unprofessional attitude of Robinson Micheal Jackson.
Not only did they lie about contacting the landlord to organise fixing a giant hole in the ceiling , they waited 3 MONTHS to fix it .They were also aware that we have a 3 year old daughter in the house and my wife is 6 months pregnant. Having a giant hole in the ceiling was obviously putting us all at risk. 3 phone calls a day clearly wasn't enough for the lettings team at Robinson Micheal Jackson....
Having agreed to an early release so we could find a house that wasn't falling to bits Robinson Micheal Jackson refused to give us a reference for our new tenancy unless we payed them �30 per person . We have always payed the rent on time and have kept the house clean and tidy at all times despite all the mess and trouble we've had . After a visit from British Gas they have rendered the oven a fire hazard , something also overlooked by Robinson Micheal Jackson when they did the check in , which lasted 3 minutes . Add to that the constant rudeness of ALL of their staff the lies and bullying , I would never rent another property from them . I would rather sleep in the street than give them another penny of my hard earned money . I look forward to finding out how much of the deposit they try and con out of us on our departure next week .

I wanted to send you a brief email with regards to my disappointment and frustrations working with your Michael Robinson & Jackson office in Strood, Kent.
Its with great disappointment that I have to write this email, but here goes.
Over the last 4 years I have rented a property through this estate agent, and been a long serving tenant to the landlords that own the property. on the 23rd of December I get a letter through my post, which unfortunately I did not get to read intill beginning of January as was with my family in a different country, On my return I read the letter stating that I needed to vacate the property by the end of February, which to me is extremely difficult notice period to adhere to with the time I have remaining to find a property and move move belongings, baring in mind Christmas is hard enough as it is.
You would of thought that you being the professional business you say you are on the website would make you believe that your staff do this. I think you need to take a big look and focus on the office you have in Strood.
In practice, our staff go to great lengths to deliver the best results for our clients. They are a formidable sales, lettings and mortgage teamworking in a tough competitive market, but they are always friendly, approachable and pleasant to deal with. Most of our staff grew up in the area, so appreciate that behind every sale is a ‘human story', something we feel is very important to the way the company is run – it is often remarked that we "are nice people to do business with".
Our reputation as a trusted estate agency means we are a market leader in South East London and Kent. We now have 30 branches and departments covering an extensive area, with Robinson Jackson offices from Sydenham to Dartford, and Robinson Michael & Jackson branches covering Gravesham, the Medway and Swale.
My dealings I have had with Samantha have been pretty much appalling to the point I would say I am 100% positive I will never buy a property through you.
Some of the areas I experienced that are poor would be the following;
1. Lack of communication
2. Attitude
3. Problem solving( example - trying to find me another property for rental) that's your jobs
4. Promises undelivered
I wanted to make you aware of these frustrations as its only fair on others that may have to go through this experience like I have had too.
I also wanted to let you know the following over the last 4 years I have received hundreds of debt letters with the landlords name on them, which I had to consistently have to drop to the Swanscombe offices in Kent. Your team never did anything about it in terms of stopping this coming to the address I was renting.
Also you need to think about the mortgage brokers you work with. They are liars and useless when giving information to first time buyers. I know this as I have had several now with major banks.
I don't expect you to email back. But I very much hope you take this email and do something with it. ( Not throw it in the bin)
