I experienced rude customer services from the staff; this is an unprofessional estate agent. Rude on the phone, even hang up on me. Manager was supposed to look into the matter and get back to me (which he never did) shows lack of professionalism from a senior member of the company. The agent ... Read Full Review

I experienced rude customer services from the staff; this is an unprofessional estate agent.
Rude on the phone, even hang up on me. Manager was supposed to look into the matter and get back to me (which he never did) shows lack of professionalism from a senior member of the company.
The agent just left the property without even supporting me waiting by the property ready to view (I mean how obvious is that?).
Never use them!!!
