Raj is very good at his job. Right from the moment I met him from viewing the apartment at branch close to moving in, he has been very pleasant and approachable.
If there are issues that need fixing in the apartment or regarding my tenancy, he ensures they are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

This company is a disgrace from the director down to the staff. In particular the director spoke to myself with complete disrespect And refused to resolve an issue where s tenats room was being broken into and used for illegal gatherings. Oliver, the manager, is polite and good at his job. However, his staff leave a lot to be desired. Emmilia from the office is rude and can't wait to get you off the phone if you call her. Good rent for the location, however as already stated extortionate fees at the end of the tenancy and attempts for extra fees.

Extortionate fees are taken out of the deposit at the end of the agreement for menial things - but I am not sure if this is just a Humphries or a general letting agent trait.
They do however say one thing to you on the phone and then change their mind later on. For example, as students we were told we could wait until our student loans to pay the first two months rent. However, we were later charged 2x£25 late fees and ordered to pay quickly. Granted, Oliver waved the late fees for some, but it was an act of deception that put a lot of financial strain on us all.
