Greenwich area guide
Greenwich is a very green and family-friendly area located just five miles from Central London. It is a lot calmer than central London, yet Greenwich offers lots to do! You can visit great museums, markets and other sightseeing activities such as the beautiful Cutty Sark ship. The biggest concert and sporting event arena, The O2 centre is located in North Greenwich, which also houses the ICON shopping outlet as well as a multiplex cinema and restaurants. After having positively dealt twice with Conran as a buyer, we decided to make use of their expertise also for the sale of our flat in Greenwich.
Their service, organization, and professionalism was again truly remarkable. It was a concerted effort throughout, from the initial valuation, the marketing brochure and listing, the viewings, to the final sale process and completion.
We always got the impression they were really working as a team, doing their best to support us, generate viewings, and ensure the transaction could be successfully completed. We were kept informed and involved whenever our contribution was needed so that the buyer could get all the answers he was looking for.

Doug and the team at Conran were great! We used them for the sale of our two bed house in Greenwich and they were always quick to respond, conscientious, and did their best for us - offering counsel and adivce to help us navigate what is not always an easy process. In our case, the sale was not always straight forward, as we were part of a chain and not everyone was always the easiest to work with, but Doug did his best to keep everyone he could happy and we got it over the line in the end - which is what matters! I would happily recommend Conran and Doug to anyone looking to sell or buy, and I would certainly use them again!

He helped us sell the property we bought with them years ago and, even though the sale was fraught with conveyancing difficulties, his calm positivity and resolve made all the difference.
