I was born and raised in beautiful Royal Greenwich and I feel thoroughly privileged to be able to ply my trade as a property professional in this historic borough.
I come from a family steeped in business connected to property, and hence my heart was always set on pursuing a property related career. I thorough
ly enjoy my role with Conran and I pride myself on the feedback I receive from my satisfied clients.
I hold a strong belief that you should pursue those things in life that you have passion for and in doing so it allows you to both do fantastic things in your career and also have a ball in the process.
My favourite pastime is taking my dog for a stroll in the woods, across the heath or along Old Father Thames!

I can't thank Conran enough for selling our flat so quickly. Their customer service, attention to detail, and amazing marketing service sold our flat within 2 months. Previously, it had been listed with another agent for 8 months and we'd received no offers. I believe they offer something different to other agents and worked with us with honesty and integrity to ensure we sold the property at a price that was fair and in line with our expectations.

Also the agent who was to do the viewings, I felt just overvalued the property, in order to get the commission, and then I wouldn't get any viewings. John Payne, but I just didn't get on with with, lack of enthusiasm. Conran, initially, came in a little too conservatively on sales valuation for my liking. So I started with Foxtons who gave the median valuation.
After Foxtons wasted 6 months (no offers, 6 viewings in 6 months), regularly asking me to drop the price - a well known tactic of theirs, I switched agents to Conran, on a recommendation of a trusted friend. They literally sold subject to contract the flat within a week of putting on the market, at very near the top of the guide price we'd negotiated for the listing. The sale had some hiccups, as most sales do, but Conran just never gave up, always came back positive and did not make themselves part of the problem, more so the solution (or at least part of it) in all cases. They were able to anticipate potential issues and mitigate them in advance - only experienced and competent individual/companies can do this.
I think the main selling points of Conran for me, that I'd like to share are - capability, experience, time in the business and professionalism.
One thing I had reservations about was not being able to reach individuals by mobile, but it all worked out fine, I was able to contact people via the main number, call back or email. In contrast Foxtons do have mobiles, which they do often answer, but Foxtons utterly failed to sell the property *in a seller's market*. So, I'll take the agent who're capable of actually selling my property, against my perceived reservations - the only thing that actually matters in property sales is getting the property sold, competence is king as far as I'm concerned, especially when it comes to money.

They kept the communication open and flowing at all times, they were more than accommodating with extra viewings and especially on those last few days when everything was hanging by a thread, they ensured communication with the seller was prompt and open. When we thought to sell our house early this year, we first wanted to use a local estate agent, which knows the Greenwich area and local buyers. I first called Conran Estate agent to give a try, I was supervised and thrilled their Sales Partner Tamer could literally pop over to meet me at the property in an hour’s time to provide the valuation and gave me his in-depth thoughts about the market. Then I thought that’s it, I don’t want you use other estarte agent. This is the one!! And then the ball rolled so quickly that we got the property on the market very soon, and started the great the viewings lined up. Tamer and Hayden also fully understood my tenants would prefer their lives being minimum disturbed, by working with me to only carry out viewings at weekends. Hayden and his team did their best performance, arranged viewings in the limited time windows, followed up with viewers each time and provided feedbacks at the first instance. Finally, Tamer and Hayden successfully make the deal sealed when it got stuck, and it was the most happy result for both me/my husband and the buyers. The sale has completed today. I recently bought my first flat via Conran Greenwich. I feel very grateful and lucky to have Hayden as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process was a bit longer than expected for reasons beyond my control, but I felt a lot less stressed because of the support and help Hayden gave along the way. He is always staying on top of things with useful, timely updates and responses to keep me informed (and sane). Another thing that impressed me a lot about Hayden is that he is very professional and acting as an excellent liaison between the seller and the buyer, which was tremendously helpful in my purchase.
