I called Upminster office at around 1hr 30 minutes before they closed as both my son and I were locked out of our home. Cameron kindly offered to go and let my son into the property as he was standing outside in the cold and I could not get back from work in time. Thank you Cameron!

My parents decided it was time to move on from their family home of 41yrs after the area was becoming more and more overcrowded.
This was a difficult decision because of the love they still had for their home.
I contacted a couple of agents, explained the complexity of the process due to extreme anxiety on my mothers part and a reluctance across both parents, even though they knew the move was a good one. I was also taking the reigns with agents/solicitors to ease the stress.
The first agents never really grabbed me, but when I met Kimberley I felt a warmth and a genuine understanding of the situation. We never felt pressured, or made to feel the price we had in mind for the house was ridiculous.
She was very friendly, open & complimentary.
This spreads across the whole team, everyone who I had correspondence with were extremely professional & fast.
I would 100% recommend Kimberley & her team at Harold Wood. She takes a real interest and concern in the client rather than the pound signs alone.
My parents house sold within a week and the process was very smooth. They got the exact amount they wanted.
