We have just completed on our house sale and we can only praise the hard work put on by Fine & Country. Having a particularly difficult sale, they handled everything extremely well. At times when pressure was need to push things through they did exactly that. We would like to thank Rod for his hard work and making what was a stressful experience and good as it could have been, thanks and well done Rod. Thanks to all of the staff at Uckfield, they are professional, polite and know their industry inside and out. Do not hesitate to use this team and they are superb.

We had a largely positive experience with the Uckfield office. We dealt with several members of the staff over a period of approx. one year. Initial contact was with Tom Pointing for valuation and terms of sale and subsequently Amanda Hutton was our primary point of contact up to completion.
We discovered that the initial valuation was a little optimistic and eventually sold the house for 7.5% less than the original asking price, having earlier had an offer 5% less than asking, which didn't progress to a sale.
We were informed regularly of progress by 'phone and email. The staff arranged and carried out all the viewings for us. Our eventual purchasers sold their property through he same office, which made the transaction somewhat easier.
