I sold my house through Richard James Wroughton and completed in February. Hugo Chapman of Wroughton Office was very astute when assessing my property. He gave what I considered to be a very sensible sale price and my house sold within a week slightly under asking price. I could have waited for more viewers (possibly increasing selling price), however Hugo ascertained the would-be buyer's own situation and inform this person very much liked the property. Hugo was able to increase buyer's initial offer and I was pleased to accept. Unfortunately confusion arose with use of Richard James' out-of-house of Sales Progressors who, I believe, gave misleading information on sale progress. Hugo was able to sort asap this with good information from Hayley Walden of Richard James' Old Town Office. Had confusion not occurred I would give review 5 stars. Highly recommend Hugo as agent.

Hayley undertook the task of progressing the sale/purchase of 147 Queensfield for my sister and myself. She did an amazing job and was a great help in sorting out any problems which arose and at the same time gave us the reassurance we needed that all was proceeding well. Hayley was very quick to notice a problem and then go on to fix/sort it. A lovely personality and at the same time very professional. My son-in-law is selling his house in Hannington and we have strongly recommended Richard James and Hayley to him as the agents which he should use. I miss my phone calls with Hayley and ironing is just not the same without them.
