I've been a landlord for 40 years and I've just finished selling all of my properties through Northwood pending retirement. I've used several agents during this time and they have varied considerably in the level and quality of service provided.
Northwood is the ONLY agent that I have used that I'd recommend if you are going to rent properties out and want to reduce the hassle that this will involve. They take care of the legal obligations that a landlord must comply with and keep up with the ever changing and increasingly complex legislation. They vet tenants carefully, and if a problems arises with one, they deal with it efficiently and quickly.
And when, like me, you want to sell up they make that process as easy as possible. They are very good at marketing your property and negotiating the best price. They ensure that this laborious and tedious process proceeds as smoothly as possible.
I'd highly recommend this agent. They stand out head and shoulders above the rest.

They vet the tenants carefully and deal with problems quickly and efficiently. They keep up with the legislation and ensure that the property complies with the increasingly complex rules and regulations that landlords have to adhere to.
They are the same when selling a property. They marketed my properties quickly, checked potential buyers credibility, arranged viewings and negotiated the best price possible for my properties.
Letting properties is stressful. Selling property is stressful. If you want to make either process easier for yourself I'd highly recommend that you choose this agent.

Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but my experience was the opposite. Jo went above and beyond to make everything as stress free as possible. Communication was fantastic, recommendations were great and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went through smoothly and in the perfect time frame. We purchased a property that Northwood had listed and found them nothing but helpful. The purchase was not the smoothest but Joanna helped us through it and progressed the sale much faster than it would have without her. As a tenant who let through Northwood Estate Agents, I was more than happy with the service I received from beginning to end of my tenancy.
Sion was very friendly and informative when we viewed the property years ago and the whole letting process was quick and simple.
Joanne was also very friendly and extremely helpful during the time we lived in the property. She came out to see us every year to make sure everything was well and ensured that the landlord was contacted at the earliest opportunity if anything needed sorting.
I had dealings with Beth and Alicia during the end of tenancy process and again, I couldn't have wished for a more friendly or helpful bunch. They did everything within their power to make the move as easy and stress free as possible for me.
I would 100% recommend Northwood (Wrexham) and the whole lovely team.
