After a twenty-five year career with British Gas, Stephen took up the opportunity to direct a Northwood Business. He is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Green Deal Advisor which led to him forming a certified Green Deal Advisor Organisation which made recommendations to specialist External Wall Insulation
installers. Stephen also advises on construction, residential gas and electrical installation property management. He is drone operator with a Civil Aviation Authority permission to commercially fly unmanned aircraft. So that our business can have a better tomorrow, nowadays, Stephen focuses his time on investing in its strategy, the customer journey and personnel development.

I would like to thank Steve for going above and beyond to help with an issue I had on Saturday evening. A neighbour had been in contact with me to say the alarm was going off at my property but there appeared to be no one at home. Steve contacted the tenant to find they were away from home; he went to the property to check there were no signs of a break-in and reset the alarm. Not something I was expecting him to do out of hours. Northwood have been managing my property for over 11 years and I’ve always found their staff to be very helpful.
