Our property was formerly managed by a long-established family-run estate agent. We had an excellent relationship with them, so we were mortified when the owner decided to sell the business. Northwood had a hard act to follow! But they have been a worthy successor, despite our initial apprehension. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. We highly recommend Northwood to any prospective buyer or tenant.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
Moving home for the first time is scary for a young couple but they helped through every step, the communication was great. Every query I had was promptly addressed.
The staff are so kind, I have not failed once getting through to Northwood on the phone and they respond quickly to emails.
I am now moved to my second property with them and the move couldn't have been more easier. They handle everything with such professionalism and even when there are hiccups they are able to assist in a quick, and professional manner.
I have had no problems with Northwood and I have now become familiar with Molly, Kira, Martha, Ela and Dell who are absolute stars.
Thank you Northwood for your care, kindness and professionalism with dealing with your tenants
Myself and my Husband are truly grateful.

Thank you Northwood for getting my husband and I are first home. We had the pleasure of working with lovely Molly Hills who helped us understand our landlords wants and needs as well as our tenancy. She made us feel comfortable and that we were in good hands. Northwood agency is the only agency I have worked with that was fast in dealing with our application. There was on occasion some back and fourth emailing which did delayed the process a bit but overall we got settled in 2 weeks which is amazing.

Property so instead to offer the property, they issued parking ticket that why did you park at this property for the appointment so very poor service and really don't help to sort out the ticket issued for they ask me to come and view so instead of rent out the
Property to me they issue the ticket which is really shame and I would advice to anyone please be careful of this agency viewing booking appointments .
