Well from the range of star ratings it looks like there's good Belvoir offices and not so good ones; this is a review of an excellent one. We've just sold our house through the Shrewsbury Belvoir agency, and the service we had from them was absolutely first class. They did a great job of marketing our mortgage-sensitive house in this year's difficult conditions, but above all they remained fully involved right through to completion day. Helen and Richard were unfailingly friendly and supportive, and spared no effort to help things along. They also maintained communication and engagement with our buyers, their solicitor and other relevant agents throughout, and played a valuable role when the chain got stuck for a while with another buyer's appallingly bad solicitor (NEVER go with an online solicitor - be warned!). Ok, so some other estate agents may charge a smaller commission; but from our experience and observation, this is one endeavour where you definitely get what you pay for: Belvoir Shrewsbury knocked spots off the others in our chain. All in all, very highly recommended.

What a great choice we made when we chose Belvoir.
We don't live in Shrewsbury, so we had no experience on which we could draw, when we needed to market a property in the town recently.
After reading many online reviews for a variety of agents in the area we eventually decided on Belvoir and we couldn't be happier.
Although we ended up selling the property, we initially toyed with the idea of renting it out, but as a result of the excellent advice and a detailed market appraisal, provided by Richard, we decided to sell instead.
Helen was in charge of our sale and was our main point of contact. For extra peace of mind there was also an extremely friendly and professional team in the office to help-out whenever called upon.
Belvoir dealt with everything, from producing a very impressive sales brochure, to accompanied viewings (this was a real godsend, as we don't live nearby).
The whole process was dealt with efficiently and with the utmost professionalism at all times, making for a smooth, speedy and stress-free sale.
The feedback and updates we received throughout the short time the house was on the market was second to none. We never had to contact the agent, as we were kept informed of developments on a weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently than that).
We cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough and offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to Richard, Helen, George and the rest of the team for an all-round five star service.

If you are looking for an agency that will sell your property then use Belvoir - you might not get the volume of viewings that you would with other agencies but you will get serious buyers and good support.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. From our initial enquiry about the property Jodie has been professional and approachable and has kept us informed at every step of the way. To the extent that if we have not been successful in securing this property I would have preferred to deal with Belvoir only given the experience I have had with other local agents. In a very tricky rental market as a good potential tenant you simply want to be treated fairly and honestly and to receive regular communication when it is due and Jodie surpassed those expectations. Would highly recommend if you are a potential tenant and also for any prospective landlords .

They always do what they say they will do and their ability to serve both the tenant and the home owner with equal amounts of respect is commendable. Helen was marvellous, always keeping me in the loop about what was going on and what the next steps were .
The system wouldn't let me add more staff members but I would like to mention Glen and Amanda too xxx
I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir if you are renting your house or selling it ☺️
