I must commend Rachel from Belvoir for her extremely professional and efficient manner in which she addressed our very interesting discovery of an old air raid shelter in our back garden. In fact, when any developing issues have been reported, Rachel has always made sure to follow up with excellent communication and organise prompt solutions.

Their application for logging the issues is quite effective and their turnaround time to get the contractor at the site and get those resolved have been always effective. I never had a single complaint about issue resolution on my rented property.

? Letting through Belvoir has been one of the most pleasant and happy experience. Right from setting up the rental to managing all the issues related to maintenance were managed quite professionally. Their application for logging the issues is quite effective and their turnaround time to get the contractor at the site and get those resolved have been always effective. I never had a single complaint about issue resolution on my rented property.
However the real experience comes when one steps out of the property and the checkout process kicks in. I had my prior bad experiences and others known however I am really pleased and satisfied to share that Belvoir has continued their high standards of their service even till the end of the checkout process. They have been very fair in their assessment, represented the tenant quite nicely to the owner and that in the end has resulted into very satisfying and happy experience.
#Jo, #Laura, #Sandra, #Kate #Abi #Kirsty and few others have all been very helpful from time to time over my 4 years tenancy period and I am very thankful to them for their great service and support.
#Jo has been very kind and helpful in helping me through the end of tenancy expectations and related and am very much thankful to her for making this end of tenancy experience very pleasant and happy. Thank you Jo.

A Tenants' Thoughts.
There are insufficient stars provided here for me to accurately score Belvoir Basingstoke Lettings and Administration teams.
I have been a tenant with Belvoir for over three years and I have found them to be highly professional in all m y dealings with them. They consistently attend to any queries or requests I have with graciousness and good humour.
I have rented many homes over the years and Belvoir Basingstoke is the best Agency bar none.

I have been dealing with Belvoire Basingstoke for some years now. I have always found them to be very thorough and professional from advertising, vetting new tenants, checking in, inventory, regular inspections and not forgetting property maintenance and check-out. We have been renting a house through Belvoir from last 3 years. I feel this is the best agency in town for the following reasons :
1. We have had many maintenance issues that kept coming in the flat as its old flat. Belvoir has a very good maintenance website which takes the issue reporting in a very methodical way. Whenever we reported an issue,within a day or two and there was always prompt response and resolution.
2. This agency is not biased towards landlord or tenants. It takes a fair approach for every issue reported.
3. Apart from its friendly and helpful staff, we had a very good interaction with Laura, Shahida and Tracey.
4. This feedback is not from us, but all our friends who have taken home from Belvoir have the same view.
To conclude we will sum up that this agency is the best in professionalism with a friendly manner..

You are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with and we were hoping to get another property with Belvoir, but that was not possible at the time. However, in the future we will look for properties managed by Belvoir as our current move and agent has just emphasized how professional you are, especially you Jo, your caring, friendliness and attention to detail makes all the difference that we do not see elsewhere.

Firstly the person who booked me in was so rude on the phone I felt like not even bothered. Secondly, and the biggest problem, the estate agent booked me into the wrong location. Not only was she very late and took me to the wrong property I enquired about, I also called the office asking where she was. I stated this wasn’t the property I enquired about and they blamed me and said it was my fault for not checking... surely it’s your fault for booking me onto the wrong property in an area I’m not familiar with. The ‘branch manager’ on the phone was extremely rude, I’ve never been spoken to like that before. He then hung up the phone on me.

Meanwhile the estate agent finally turned up, I told her this wasn’t correct and I would like to speak to someone and she rolled her eyes and walked away. 10 minutes later I had the branch manager call me and say someone would be in touch with my complaint on Monday. Still to this day no one had called me.
I would never use this company to buy a property again, absolutely awful service and awful managers.

- check out - 5 stars for Jo Jones, who was very patient with us and explained all the steps we will have to do and everything she has to do; she did everything in the time frame she said she would and she was very thorough with her work
- check in - 3 stars - the agent who did the check in did not know where we could get the electricity meter reading from;
- other encounters - 2.5 stars - i lost my visitor parking permit (my bad) and i requested a new one for which i had to wait for more than 6 weeks; when we moved in we only received 1 set of keys and we had to wait almost 2 weeks for the second set; the apartment was advertised as immediately available but we then had to wait for 3 weeks as the apartment needed to be professionally cleaned;

We've had 3 rental flats in Basingstoke for the last 15 years, all managed through the Belvoir offices. The team there are EXCELLENT, very coordinated and 'on-the-ball'. As a landlord, It's good to know that whoever I speak to, the message gets relayed to the right person to action the job. Thoroughly reliable and professional, and at a reasonable price.

Mike Jones of Belvoir approached us as he was aware we had been trying to sell our property for some time with various different agents.
We instructed Mike and trusted that he would act efficiently and professionally on our behalf, he went over and beyond our expectations. Mike had an excellent team including stylists and photographers to capture our home beautifully, including evening shots producing a wonderful brochure showcasing our home.
All of Mikes efforts resulted in many viewings, and inevitably a quick and effortless sale.
Mike went the extra mile to achieve what many other agents failed to do. We couldn’t recommend Mike and his teams professionalism and efforts highly enough.
