Great service from Belvior property agents. From viewing appointment to moving in was great.
Sandra is so patient and nice, I delayed her for few minutes as I had to take a break from work to view the apartment. They were also kind to offer us a second viewing after the first just to allow my spouse opportunity to make informed decision.
Julie Andow‑Giles is also great as she can make everything happen positively just like magic. I would say their organisation is inclusive one (equality) and their maintenance response time is excellent

I would like to express my appreciation for the support provided by Sandra East, and also Julie Andow-Giles during the years of letting our property and even more so in the last year as we have had more issues to deal with before finally transferring the property over to the Sales Team.
I have experienced a loss of interest in other companies when it is transferred from the Rental team to the Sales team, but Sandra and Julie have continued to provide the same high level of support and are always pro-active in trying to help.

We have a property that is managed by Belvoir. Specifically the Stafford office. Belvoir have managed our property for a number of years and we have always received excellent service from Sandra. She genuinely wants to ensure we have good tenants and that they look after our investment whilst they also received good service and support from the agent and the landlord. They take care of all aspects of property management to ensure you are up to date with current legislation. Being a landlord is no where near as lucrative as it was in years gone by but Belvoir are very competitive in their pricing. Would definitely recommend
