Our business is all about people and property and we have had the pleasure of helping to match one with the other throughout Worcestershire since 2003.
We are a specialist multi-award* winning lettings company offering personal, professional and friendly service. Our team understands that letting out a property
can seem daunting. Also that the decision to move home can often involve big life events such as a job relocation or family or relationship issues. Our aim is to make the process as simple and as hassle-free as possible for everyone, so if you are thinking of letting out your property or are a prospective tenant looking for a rental home, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Good estate agents are few and far between, but Northwood are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They made the entire rental process incredibly easy, with a straight forward, no-nonsense approach. Any questions or concerns I have are responded to quickly in a friendly manner and they made the process seamless.

Everyone we have spoken to on the team have been excellent and professional, Ellie, Ant and Steve to name a few!
I can't recommend this estate agents enough, they are professional yet personable. You can tell how much passion and care goes into finding their clients the right homes.
A special thank you to Steve for finding the property and for also putting up with so many questions (we know we had quite a few!) your reassurance and knowledge made us feel so comfortable moving at such a busy time of the year.
A special mention also to Ellie, for being a friendly face and also answering so many other questions we had, we couldn't have done it with out you!

Northwood Letting Agents are a reliable and helpful agency.
When searching for a property they were flexible with viewings times (managing to allow for a viewing on the day of an enquiry). They provided all the information required for a quick application process, and answered any random questions we had about the property.
The agents kept us in the loop when delays occurred and assured us that the completion of the property would be done.
They dealt with any small issues that existed within the property and handle anything with the landlord.
All paperwork can be signed electronically - which is helpful as I cannot see to sign paper documents. This made the process quicker and more efficient.
Northwood are trustworthy and have their clients at their best interests. Highly recommend for any landlord or tenant looking at leggings.

It has got to be a big 5* for Steve from Northwood who helped me find the perfect property. He listened to exactly what It was I was ideally looking for and showed me relevant properties. They had been smoking everywhere in the property and had a pet (i specifically asked for non-smokers and no pets!) The house was filthy dirty and had fleas! It took over 40 hours of cleaning to make it habitable.

I was left with mould everywhere, despite there being an expensive air filtration system in the property.
I would never rent out a property of mine ever again. I was paid less than £600 in compensation and the agents made excuses for the tenants - awful service!
