Stephen is Worcester born and bred and joined Northwood with 11 years’ experience in residential lettings working in the Faithful City. His property career began in 2003 with a well-known local independent estate agent where he learnt the ropes of sales and lettings from the ground up.
After a spell in th
e automotive sector, he returned to property in 2013 working for another of Worcester’s independent agents. When that company was sold to a corporate fascia, he found the culture change was not for him and he moved on to roles that included letting and managing new student accommodation blocks for a local developer and the provision of tenancy services for a social housing company.
Stephen enjoys meeting new people, getting to know them and helping them to find their next home or to let out their property. Out of work he spends time with his family and is a massive cricket fan also managing to fit in playing for a local team in the Worcestershire league.

Everyone we have spoken to on the team have been excellent and professional, Ellie, Ant and Steve to name a few!
I can't recommend this estate agents enough, they are professional yet personable. You can tell how much passion and care goes into finding their clients the right homes.
A special thank you to Steve for finding the property and for also putting up with so many questions (we know we had quite a few!) your reassurance and knowledge made us feel so comfortable moving at such a busy time of the year.
A special mention also to Ellie, for being a friendly face and also answering so many other questions we had, we couldn't have done it with out you!

Northwood Letting Agents are a reliable and helpful agency.
When searching for a property they were flexible with viewings times (managing to allow for a viewing on the day of an enquiry). They provided all the information required for a quick application process, and answered any random questions we had about the property.
The agents kept us in the loop when delays occurred and assured us that the completion of the property would be done.
They dealt with any small issues that existed within the property and handle anything with the landlord.
All paperwork can be signed electronically - which is helpful as I cannot see to sign paper documents. This made the process quicker and more efficient.
Northwood are trustworthy and have their clients at their best interests. Highly recommend for any landlord or tenant looking at leggings.
