Tiyana took over our house sale a month ago or so after our house was on the market for 8 months.
Me and my partner saw a massive improvement in communication, viewings and offers within that time frame! We’re thankful for Tiyana, she got us the best possible outcome and price.
Also Maisie is always lovely on the phone and getting back to us ASAP with any queries we had.

Many thanks to the team at Manning Stainton, and in particular Jenny, for coordinating the sale of our house. The process took longer than expected but that was not the fault of the agents and they were very helpful, responsive and reassuring about the process and timescales throughout. We used them primarily because of the positive experience when we bought the property through them and have not been disappointed while using them for the sale process too.

However we viewed the property twice with different agents, nether of which could answer quite basic questions about the house, such as where is the fuse box? So better briefing for the agents at the beginning would be our advice.

Friendly, professional and prompt, describe my recent experience with Taleb Almohammad. I was impressed he managed to identify the problem, was proactive in finding why there had been an issue and importantly managed to fix the problem quickly.
He came across as approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly liked his advice on how best to communicate with the landlord.
Excellent service and I would highly recommend Talab.
