Despite Covid throwing a shadow over the transaction period, The Harris Shields team at Bridlington continued to work with total professionalism and efficiency. Phone calls were answered promptly and the team were very supportive of the whole process. I was never made to feel rushed and any concerns were dealt with very effectively. i felt well supported through the whole process. I can thoroughly recommend Harris shields, Bridlington.

Finding let alone buying a house at the moment in this market was not an easy task. John, Fiona & Vicki have been very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as properties seemed to sell very quickly. The team are not only fantastic Agents, they provided excellent support ANYTIME I had queries, and houses are flying off the market so I needed advice and support every step of the way. Fiona & Vicki helped me obtain a wonderful little house, working hard to make sure things ran smoothly. John and the team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in sunny Brid, you won’t regret it 10/10.

Harris Shields were the Estate Agents acting in the sale of the property to me, that is, they weren't even acting on my behalf, yet they were the most helpful people I encountered during my house purchase/move. Found there was little or no communication not as helpful as the estate agent we were purchasing our new home from.when we did get information from them it was often incorrect. If you want an agent that just leaves you alone this one is fine I found having a little feedback. Useful even when l complained it did not improve it the agent we were buying from had,nt kept u informed on our moving day we would have been lost did Noreen range he should hand over we had to contact our buyers ourselves o arrange it.point threat we are paying for

Even when things conspired to thwart us they went out of their way to sort it out. Their advice and guidance were really valuable and we felt we were dealing with "friends".
