It was always marketed as two bedrooms, and you signed off on all of your marketing material confirming it as a two bedroom maisonette. Because you put a bed in your garage at the bottom of your garden does not mean that we can call it a three bedroom maisonette! When the buyers solicitor then asked for an indemnity insurance for the garage to class it as a third bedroom, and you expected us to cover the cost, of course we refused to pay for that. And true to your word, as you said, if we did not cover the cost you would post bad reviews about us. Regarding your solicitors.
