Being the owner of your own Estate Agency (Ushers in Carshalton), you are fully aware of the process to successfully buy a property, and the potential pitfalls.

As previously pointed out to you we did not say in any of our marketing that your maisonette had three bedrooms. It was always marketed as two bedrooms, and you signed off on all of your marketing material confirming it as a two bedroom maisonette.
