The employees of the agency were friendly and helpful in general. However, sometimes it took a bit long to het information or help. For certain inquiries I had to call them a few times to get an answer. In the end it all worked out and we got all the help and the service we needed.

Only serves the interests of seller. When we tried to negotiate the house price, we were told it will leave a bad taste with the sellers, and they unprofessionally discouraged from negotiating. Only serves the interests of seller. When we tried to negotiate the house price, we were told it will leave a bad taste with the sellers, and they unprofessionally discouraged from negotiating. Don't they know a simple rule of buying/selling, negotiation is critical.
Didn't even come to handover the house keys on the completion date, we were asked instead to collect the keys from their office. Other agencies have been far too polite and courteous.

Although the sold my place, I was very disappointed with Luca selling and pushing my sale based on false information, which I realised later when it was too late to back off and also referred me avrillo solicitor as the best, but actually they are very dodgy and very, very expensive. First off all he was selling my 2 bedroom house as potential 3 bedroom house due to my renovated garage,which was meant as a playroom and not summer house as advertised and sold as such,which resulted in extra charge of £421 for the indemnity insurance for not having building regulations from this greedy company called Avrillo,when I requested refund the director refused as I signed brochure with no objections. However I told Luca about this wordings but he kept selling using this to his advantage to get it sold. After all I paid them over £5500 in commission and was expecting that small refund would not hurt them especially when they referred me such a outrageous super expensive dodgy company

Very bad experience , the agents do not care about the Byers but only the seller. Will try all the tricks to secure a sell even if the buyer is being tricked. Not recommend especially for buying . Would never use them... Read Full Review
