Great service - Called on late Thursday afternoon, first viewing Saturday 1000hrs, asking price offer by 1200hrs on Saturday. Property sold before it was ever formally listed or on Rightmove. The price achieved was way above our best expectations, with everything wrapped up in 6 weeks. Many thanks to Edward Kendall and the team at Charters.

We loved working with Sarah and the team from the outset. We selected Charters based on reviews and local word of mouth.
Sarah arrived promptly and during that initial visit demonstrated wide local knowledge and professional insight. She has been incredibly helpful throughout and attentive, not just calling us when there was something specific, but in a real value add way by making us feel like valued customers.
Along the way we’ve also met with Edward and he was also clearly entirely up to speed with our sale.
Sarah is amazing with fantastic commitment and energy to get things moving on our behalf. We were able to get full asking price as Sarah matched our purchasers perfectly with our house.
Working with Charters team has been a pleasure and we are more than happy to recommend them, and would definitely choose to work with Sarah and the team again.

On finding out first thing in the morning, that the house that we were purchasing had fallen through, due to the lady's personal circumstances, I contacted Hayley.
Hayley said don't worry, and that she knew of another house, of which wasn't on the market, but that she would call the owners and get straight back to me.
We then had a viewing that afternoon, and within 6 hours from losing the first house, we had an offer accepted on the house of our dreams.
Hayley's service doesn't stop there. She is always on the end of the phone. She has s wonderful cheery personality.
I will say that all the staff at Charters in Alton are very polite and nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you Haley. You are a star.

I used Charters to sell our development in Four Marks. I retained the services of their Alton branch and Land & New Homes department and both worked tirelessly on my behalf to help me secure a site in central Alton against much competition. Don't be fooled by well dressed office, and seemingly charming agents - absolutely shocking advice, no action, a complete let down - send your money elsewhere!!!!!
