We booked a viewing a property in North Baddesley yesterday. Both my husband and I booked time off work to attend. The agent did not turn up to the viewing, when we rang the office to find out what had happened the phone just rang and rang. I left an answerphone message and no one got back to us.... A day later and we’ve still had no correspondence. Terrible experience.

Such a positive experience with Charters. I attended a viewing with Dawn and was extremely pleased with her knowledge of the property, she seemed to have gone the extra mile to find out as much information as possible. Rebecca and Jo have also been incredibly helpful. The team have a really friendly approach and it would be impossible to find criticism. They offer the perfect amount of assistance.
