We approached Riverhomes as it was local to the property my wife and I wanted to rent. From the get go we felt everything was very professional, with quick results. We had Ines visit our property, a few days after our enquiry, and this was followed up by arranging a photographer etc and having it online in a matter of weeks. Majority of viewings were done by Caroline, who was faultless - with covid-19 lingering in the air. She ensured all viewings taking place were followed precisely by the government guild-lines. I think there was approx 5/6 viewings before she managed to find us a suitable tenant, who we are very happy with. All paperwork etc was done instantly, and it’s been a few months since property has been on rent and we have had no issues. As a landlord, Riverhomes have been really helpful to me. I've had some great tenants and Riverhomes has ensured that they have been satisfied with the flat. They therefore keep the place in great condition and it has been easy to get tenants subsequently.
I've also had tricky tenants and Riverhomes have done all the correspondence on my behalf and managed complicated situations sensitively and fairly to both parties.
Ines and Caroline were helpful, efficient, friendly and gave me great advice in all their correspondence with me. Very grateful that Riverhomes essentially takes the concerns of being a landlord off my shoulders
