We approached Riverhomes as it was local to the property my wife and I wanted to rent.
From the get go we felt everything was very professional, with quick results.
We had Ines visit our property, a few days after our enquiry, and this was followed up by arranging a photographer etc and having it online in a matter of weeks.
Majority of viewings were done by Caroline, who was faultless - with covid-19 lingering in the air. She ensured all viewings taking place were followed precisely by the government guild-lines. I think there was approx 5/6 viewings before she managed to find us a suitable tenant, who we are very happy with.
All paperwork etc was done instantly, and it’s been a few months since property has been on rent and we have had no issues.
If you are looking to rent or buy, please do speak to Riverhomes, a professional service, ensuring customers satisfaction is number 1.

I called the office and that very morning we saw a super flat that was perfect for us.
Caroline and her super team helped us every step of the way to secure our flat.
We were never left not knowing the progress of our new flat!

Some people say estate agents are underhanded and untrustworthy...they sure haven't met Caroline and her team
