I had an excellent experience with RiverHomes. Leanna, the Lettings Manager, was absolutely amazing – she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating; very thorough as well – she even spotted that the gas fire mentioned in the tenants’ agreement was not part of the gas certificate (for a good reason, it is disabled, but that didn’t show in the agreement). On top of being a great lettings manager, she is also a very nice person.

As with the sale of any boat or home to process can be stressful. The River Homes team kept me well informed throughout the entire process and fundamentally got me what I believe to be the best price possible.
