Outstanding Team!. Jayne, Paula and Roweena were excellent. They were exceptionally helpful and always communicated with us. They spent a lot of time following up any questions we had and provided feedback in a timely manner. The Team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They marketed my apartment very professionally, supported by excellent photos. The fee was also very good value. From the initial consultation through to completion of the sale, they provided such superb support throughout a very difficult period. We would highly recommend them.

Astleys were abysmal. They expected to take full fees but have me do all of my own viewings. They just couldn't be bothered to come out and conduct the viewings as they'd promised to do. Astleys were abysmal. They expected to take full fees but have me do all of my own viewings. They just couldn't be bothered to come out and conduct the viewings as they'd promised to do. Very stressful times, which entirely unnecessary. Also, they were not easy to contact over the phone. They were also unnecessarily rude to me. The photos they took were horrible too, not good. Therefore, I would recommend that people give them a wide berth. You've been warned, people.

Paula, Jayne and the team at Astleys Neath took the stress out of selling a house for me.
