My wife and I have just purchased our property through Astleys, and we have nothing but praise for them. Louise in particular , polite, courteous , personable and someone who was easy to deal with . What we particularly liked was there was no flannel if there was anything she didn't know she would say so go away and find out and come back to you. Common sense and direct. Would definitely use them again if the need arose. Excellent well done and Thank You

I have recently been dealing with Louise Russ at the Astleys Mumbles branch.
Initially I met Louise as she did a showround of a property. Throughout that appointment she was extremely professional, very personable and I must say at the end of the visit she politely nudged for feedback, our thoughts, with a view to overcoming any objections there and then.
She at no stage was pushy, however I appreciated her sales approach as many times I have found some agents to simple be door openers. Louise's role is to sell the homes she represents and promote them - she certainly did this.
If I was selling my home through Astleys then I would be very pleased if Louise was representing me.
Then once the offer was made Louise at every stage has communicated extremely well - she has been clear and made the process very easy.
She is a credit to Astleys.

I have recently sold my property. I have tried other agents but was immediately impressed by Andrew and Matthew at Astley's who struck me, not only by their professionalism but also by their genuine enthusiasm - essential when selling your home. I later met Michelle, again professional and enthusiastic. I can't recommend them highly enough, particularly if like I, you were selling from further away and need the agent to take control of all viewings etc. Wonderful guys!

All staff at the Mumbles office were extremely polite and courteous at all times. We kept informed of all actions being taken at all times. This is the third time we had attempted to sell the property and were both delighted with the way it was marketed and the quick sale that was achieved by the staff. If we ever need the services of an estate agent we know where to go and have already recommended to two people.
