Corrupt housing and corrupt staff I shall be taking legal action and I would advise others to do so. Staff are most unpleasant and behave extremely badly and they do not resolve important issues.

14 Jan 2023Yes .Their staff are corrupt .These people are deliberately housing people next to gang members so that the gang members can creatively control them .For monetary gain and fraud purposes . The lettings manager told a prospective tenant that she was not to go near the garden as " it is dangerous" .Also prevented prospective tenant from inspecting the electrical installations at property viewing telling her that she is not permitted to access her electricity and gas meters by L&Q rulings . Of course she had to provide readings to her supply company and when she looked at meters the gas and electricity were off at the meters because L&Q owed British Gas money . That person was forced by L&Q to take the tenancy after which she was told by L&Q workmen that the gas boiler and electrics had been sabotaged .Also the phone lines and TV aerials etc had been cut / vandalised by L&Q staff , deliberately . When complaints have been made L&Q staff threatened to cut the tenants gas supply , disconnect the electricity and water supplies, ripping out the kitchen units and " send an ambulance " .So threatening to weaponized NHS services OS also part of the incompetent B'Witches at L&Qs repertoire too. Housing manager also phoned Police for tenant .Telling what the Police found to be a pack of lies in order to deter the tenant from sueing L&Q .Police told housing manager that she would be arrested if she tried this again . It has also come to our attention that certain staff of L&Q are deranged online conspiracy theorists and are poking their noses into the personal lives of tenants whom they dislike also spreading lies online about the tenant . Better to live in a tent than with London and Quadrant housing association.

4 Jan 2024Absolutely inhumane it is absolutely disgusting how the landlord can even have a right or think they have authority to treat there tenants this way I have seen storylines of tenants left deserted even deceased left in there homes for years without being discovered there is a law act against narcissistic abuse and it is evident that a vast majority of landlords have abused this law I see other tenants left with out wash areas for years living with mould or damp ceilings falling down etc the landlords watch are aware of these matters but choose to neglect there duty to care a corrupt system and this needs to be addressed now !
