Sterling were absolutely brilliant throughout our house purchase! Meka was a diamond! She came through and ensured both parties were kept in the loop as to what was happening, even when she was on holiday! Truly remarkable. If you need to buy a house or sell a house, contact Sterling and ask for Meka! I shouldn't simply just pile on the praise for Meka. Honestly, it was the whole Sterling team. We didn't have the simplest of purchases due to some unforeseen circumstances but we were always kept in the loop with transparency. Truly wonderful people, who are willing to help at any point, throughout your purchase or sale.

Have just exchanged on a property as the buyer through Sterling. Sterling were not my agent in this process but will certainly be in future. The vendor's agent, Colin, was in contact and supportive of ensuring the sale went through at all stages. He was honest, communicable, approachable and considering he was not acting on my behalf, extremely helpful throughout.
I personally used Purple Bricks for my sale whose after sale care was nonexistent leaving me to do all of the leg work. Without Colin's assistance this would have been much more difficult. Sterling truly offer a service that I thought went above and beyond expectations.
If I am to sell again in future, Sterling have already earned my listing.

We recently sold our property with Sterling. We had been on the market for 6 months with a well known competitor and not been impressed with the level of contact and updates after the viewings we were having.
From the moment we approached Sterling the experience was completely different. They were quick to come back to us and presented alternative marketing strategies to try and get a sale. We got a good vibe from them and decided to switch agent.
Within 2 weeks we were under offer. What was particularly pleasing was the way that we always knew what was happening and didn't need to chase anything at all. The sale was part of a long chain and at no point were we finding ourselves unaware of where everybody was at.
Colin has been great throughout the whole process and his experience and tenacity with chasing up buyers and solicitors meant we always felt like he was working for us. He even got us the exact asking price for the property!
The rest of the team in the office are great too and if Colin was even out on a viewing we were looked after just as well.
I can't recommend them enough and for me there is only one choice of agent to use in future. I strongly advise you to consider using Sterling over the competition. Thank you Colin and team

Joe moloney was above and beyond the best estate agent i have dealt with in the 10 month slog to sell my house
Estate agents have a bad wrap and i found this true in others from other agents
Joe however was honest, stayed true to his word
And sterling are lucky to have him
If all agents worked like joe sid then the market would be an easy place to deal in
Having had my house fall through twice joe was an unbelievable help to me and it did go through the third time through another agent
However they didn't have a patch on him, they left me so frustrated at most times and joe made everything a lot easier for me when dealing with him.
Even with it not working out im his favour he was still a class act so thanks joe
And i highly recommend Sterling and especially joe to anyone looking to sell their house

Buying and selling can be fraught and punctuated with ups and down, the guys at Sterling made this activity as smooth as they possibly could.
