Stags Torquay office is situated in Vaughan Parade, overlooking the harbour, with plenty of parking nearby in the Torquay marina car park. One of three beautiful towns forming the sheltered Tor Bay, Torquay is renowned fo
r its warm climate, clear bathing waters and clean air. The local beaches form a golden arc around the bay with shingle coves scattered nearby.
Torquay is well served with direct rail links and by road via the A380 to the major cities of Exeter (22 miles) and Plymouth (38 miles). Recent regeneration of the sea front area and marina along with the opening of the South Devon link road with great accessibility has resulted in a more affluent “Rivera” feel to the area. The town provides a wonderful quality of life for its residents with excellent shopping, waterside restaurants, a theatre and bars. Internationally renowned water sports are held in the sheltered deep water bay, with the marina providing excellent mooring facilities for luxury yachts and small motor cruises. The area has many scenic walks along South Devon's Jurassic coastal footpaths and there are a number of local golf courses within close reach. A short distance to the north is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park.

Comments on Agent Fees
Good. Fees are slightly higher than the \"high street\" agents but for good reason. You get what you pay for and it\'s worth every penny.

They were always available to give advice to see us though the sale of our property which can be stressful. Their experience was invaluable from start to finish we cannot recommend them highly enough.
James Taylor left before the sale went through but again he was extremely helpful from the time we put the house on the market until he left.

Both Lyn and I felt that we would like to express in writing our appreciation of the excellent service we have received from your Agency, particulary Alice and occassionally Rachael.
They have kept us fully informed of the progress of the sale/purchase of the property, any conversations with either the solicitor/s and the vendor himself all the way through. This was very reassuring and made us feel that you were working for us quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process.
We would also like to single out Alice for her enthusiasm and politenss and a bubbly charactor and is certainly a true Ambassador for Stags Estate Agents in Torquay. One often hears people complaining that their Estate Agent get their commission for doing very little. This has certainly NOT been our experience, The commission you received is well deserved for the work you have done and the excellent way we have been treated.
We hope to recommend Stags Estate Agency in Torquay to others in the future and would gladly serve as a reference to other home buyers (as we were) who would be interested in speaking with us.
