Stags Bideford office is conveniently situated on the Quay near the Long Bridge. The team in Bideford work closely with the other North Devon offices in Barnstaple and South Molton
Sitting on the banks of the River Torridge, Bideford is a thriving market town and working port, and was once – in the 16th Century
– Britain’s third largest port. The renowned Pannier market opens twice a week to sell the region’s excellent dairy produce and local crafts.
The town, which is easily accessed via the Atlantic Highway and A386, is a vibrant local centre which offers excellent access to the coast and offers plenty of sports and activities, including surfing, sailing and walking. There is an excellent choice of cycle paths and walks such as the Tarka Trail (a converted disused railway line) and the South West coastal footpath

All of the staff were approachable, highly motivated to obtain the best possible outcome for us and were with us every step of the way. They made a stressful time less frenetic and we managed to sell the property in a short time with little or few problems with the negotiations. The brochure was an exceedingly quality document which helped to sell the house in double-quick time. Viewings were professionally carried out and with full liaison between us and staff. They kept us informed about feedback from every viewing which was very helpful. All in all,we were absolutely delighted with our dealings with Stags and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put their house on the market.

I used 2 agents over quite a long period who had lower fees, what I would call standard fees. I told Luke I considered his fees too high, his reply was, ”You wont say that when I’ve sold it”. He’s right!

For starters Sophie Price should get a mention, its not fair that she shouldn't.
Luke started all this with a different take on marketing, bearing in mind that 2 previously appointed Agents advised against and I agreed with them, however they failed and Luke sold it! Initially we were skeptical, Luke explained all and his enthusiasm convinced us, thank goodness. I can hear him now, âI can sell thisâ.
Viewer after viewer were introduced so quickly, it didn't take long to find the right buyers. It was not an easy process after that and I don't believe we would have gotten through without the professional help, advice and beyond from the Bideford team. Even my solicitor put in writing to us that Stags are good agents.
So thank you Stags Bideford team, we are ecstatic.
