I interacted with various people at this agency. They are awful. Even the staff agree that they would not use the firm. They made multiple mistakes and errors which we had to continuously correct. They also refused to work with the reasonable timeframes we requested. When I made a complaint, the manager of the branch he admitted that the mistakes were so bad, even he himself would not use Green & Co. Despite this, they are demanding I continue to use them, and to charge full fees. Avoid avoid avoid...

When we rented the flat, we found out that the 4(!) windows in the flat needed fixing or changing. Frames were damaged and windows were not closing properly resulting in cold coming into the flat and loss of heat/energy. This also resulted in huge gas bills at the end of the month. Agency was... When we rented the flat, we found out that the 4(!) windows in the flat needed fixing or changing. Frames were damaged and windows were not closing properly resulting in cold coming into the flat and loss of heat/energy. This also resulted in huge gas bills at the end of the month. Agency was contacted on day 1 about this problem. Things were left as they were so we had to file an official complaint. 8 months (!) later the windows are still to be fixed and various engineers have been in the flat only to check the problem but not provide an immediate solution. Finally the agency have agreed to change/fix the windows but only after we filed an official report to the local council

I am a landlord and have multiple properties with different managing agents including until recently Greene & Co. I put up with their dodgy practices for several years as the personell and even company ownership changed but it just got worse until I finally fired them. Will never work with them again. The sales side is OK but they have sharp practices and will gauge fees from all angles including driving up the upfront fees and renewals which these days should not cost. The management side is worse than useless and they left my property deteriorate to such An extent it cost me thousands to put right.
