Hi, I have a bit of a problem understanding your circumstances and why you have actually moved to a flat which you say "They let us move in to a flat that had a giant hole in the roof (in winter!!". Why would you rent a place like that before the landlord/agent actually fixes the problem? Surely you have visited the place and must have seen the "giant hole" in the roof?! I certainly find them more pro-tenant then pro-landlord and not so happy how they actually manage the places and use their ow ...

Overall we believe this review to be factually incorrect and unfair. Greene & Co pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. The tenants had a dedicated Property Manager for the duration of their tenancy with cover provided by the Property Management team for absences to ensure a continuous service for the tenants with full handover notes provided on every occasion. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have helped the tenant to contact the landlord to fix the problem. If the landlord is the problem for not returning the deposit, then the agent should refer us to the corresponding organization that protect our deposit. Instead the agent and the company simply said they are not responsible and they don't care. The agent should also explained the contract including the agent fee clearly before urging the tenant to sign the contract. This is misleading behaviour and unethical. The agent should do better throughout the tenancy agreement to help the tenant. I had experienced very bad customer service from the company throughout the tenancy and the end of the tenancy. There should be a formal apology and compensation for this disgraceful behaviour.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
