Terrible service from this estate agent and would never rent from them again. The sign up process was nice and easy, got into the property quickly. Few months into the property their was damage outside to property, reported it, estate agent done nothing and closed ticket on their system. Rising damp and mould started to appear everywhere, estate agent again done nothing although 2 of their contractors confirming it was inhabitable. A month later still trying to get my deposit back, nothing from estate agents. They just want your money every month, not to actually help you!! Bad, bad estate agents.

Recently arrived back from France, we registered with several agents to purchase. Through Sam, we viewed several properties so he knew very well our parameters. He never gave up and never showed any disappointment although he must have felt some! It was Sam who highlighted the property we have now purchased and we must thank him sincerely for his diligence and expertise. A truly lovely guy with great personality and thoroughly professional! A highly regarded Agency and Sam in particular!

Absolutely disgusted with Henderson Connellan! The staff are extremely rude and patronising. They will do anything and everything in their power to not give the deposit back. They are very unprofessional and actually contacted my new lettings agent giving them a bad review on myself which was false information. When moving into the property there was a kitchen appliance left behind from a previous tenant which was stated in my contract its no responsibility of the landlords. The appliance broke a few months in so was disposed of. 2 years on I'm told my deposit will be used for a new appliance! DO NOT USE this letting agents as on line there is hundreds of bad reviews and I have now found myself in the same position and my deposit of £650 wasted!!!!
