We had excellent service.
Will Thomas was the agent assigned to our purchase. he worked so hard to ensure that we had all the information we ever needed. we were moving from quite a distance away and therefore times were tight to arrange a viewing.
Will was a star shining bright in what was a dark, convoluted sale , with so many people involved it became difficult to know who to contact and when.
Will sailed through it and was always there to help through every stage, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even traveled quite a distance to personally get the keys to us as we waited outside the new house in appalling rain, waiting for the bank to forward funds. Many many thanks Will, cheers

5 years rented, had to vacate main bedroom every year due to black mould and was constantly made to feel like it was our fault. Refused to pay a price increase on rental property (sue to recurring mould issues not being dealt with)
Less than 6 months later we were given orders to leave. In the 10weeks leading to our departure H&C offered no help, even though up until the last day they were aware that we'd be homeless

Fees charged were very good compared to some agents who were asking for double even triple of what I had to pay
