Fourteen years on from selling our previous home through Henderson Connellan, we did not hesitate to choose them again when the time came to sell my Mother's house. I was absolutely confident that after so many years of valuable local knowledge and experience that the Director David would be absolutely honest in his valuation of the property, the team would do an excellent job in producing particularly professional sale particulars and the viewings would be managed proactively. They did not disappoint. From the moment my Mother's house was valued and photographed (the very next day I might add) we knew that we were in good hands once again. The house was pitched to the market perfectly and it was only days before my Mother received a full asking price offer. I would personally recommend Henderson Connellan to anybody looking for an estate agent to sell their home. They conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism and they will certainly be the estate agent of choice again when the time comes for my husband and I to sell our current property. We look forward to it!

Good at finding a buyer but after that very disappointing. The staff, including the director, do not listen to you. They blame your solicitor and will not accept that both you and your solicitor are very experienced and know the rules.
