We have had many property managers over the 5 years we have been a tenant in this property and none of them have been as helpful and friendly as Katrina. Contacted Bairstow Eves for a property viewing as they had a letting which fitted the criteria I was looking for. I was initially struck by the positive and percipient personality that Jon Claustres had over the phone whilst we were arranging a suitable appointment. At the viewing, Jon was clearly very knowledgeable about the local area as well as the property itself which I was very happy with. At the end of the viewing, Jon was happy to start the administration process where he was organised and stated clearly all of the fees and the next processes. Would recommend!
